摘要
本文从区域协同医疗信息化实施的背景出发,分析了通过建立自助服务系统有效解决目前门诊患者就医时间长的实际问题,提出了系统设计方案,详细介绍了系统实现的功能,论述了自助服务系统在医院的推广及应用对于提升医院优质服务内涵,推动医院的信息化建设具有重要意义。
This article analyse how to optimize the outpatient Process and save time by establish self-help system through the implementation background of regional health information system（RHIS） . Carried out the systematic plan of design, introduce system functions of the realization in detail, it discussed the important application of the system and meaning of information construction in hospital.
