摘要
通过对茶碱缓释片不同处方工艺的比较研究,以片面外观、硬度、片重差异及释放度作为主要考察指标,确定其最佳处方工艺。
Different technology of Theophylline Sustained-release Tablets was compared in this study,and selected the best technology by observing appearance ,hardness,tablet weight variation and release rate.
