摘要
中药注射剂与传统中药制剂相比,具有使用方便、起效快等特点,但也会导致不良反应。文章例举了中药注射剂产生不良反应,将近几年药物毒理蛋白质组学的有关研究成果从技术条件、思路方法与蛋白质组的相关性等几个方面进行综述归纳。在此基础上,展望蛋白组学在中药注射剂研究中的应用前景。
Comparing with traditional Chinese herbal preparations, the pattern of injection is characteristic of convenient dosage and quick onset, however, sometimes can lead to adverse effects. This assay examplifed of the cases concerning the negativity of traditional Chinese herbal injection, nearly years of drug-related toxicity proteomics research results from the technical conditions for, ideas, methods and related proteins in several aspects, such as synthesis summarized.and then make some points about the prospects for proteomics research on Chinese herbal injection applications.
