摘要 用高能行星球磨机对Ni-Fe尾矿进行机械力化学活化,通过XRD、SEM分析,研究了粉磨过程中Ni-Fe尾矿的晶型、形貌和显微结构的变化对Ni-Fe尾矿中MgO的浸出率的影响.结果表明:球磨处理后的Ni-Fe尾矿,磁铁矿结晶程度降低,橄榄石的Mg-O键和Fe-O键键能和键结构发生了明显的变化,颗粒表面光滑,颗粒进一步分散,圆形度增加,Ni-Fe尾矿活性提高.经过AGO-Ⅱ行星球磨机机械活化的Ni-Fe尾矿,MgO的浸出率相对其他磨处理后的浸出率高,在酸浸温度30℃,酸浸时间120 min的条件下,经过AGO-Ⅱ行星球磨机机械活化的尾矿,MgO的浸出率为29%,未经机械活化的尾矿,MgO的浸出率只有6.9%. Using high-energy planetary, the Ni-Fe slag was activated by mechanochemistry. With the aids of Xray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscope (SEM), the effect of the changes in crystal, appearances and structures on the leaching ratio of MgO were analyzed. The results show that the grinding makes the crystaline degree of the magnetite decreases, olivine structure of the Mg-O and Fe-O bonds are changed, the surface is slippery disperse ,and the degree of rotundity is increased. The activity of the Ni-Fe slag is increased with the Russia planetary is the best. At the acid-leaching temperature 30℃ for 120 min, the leaching ratio of the Russia planetary activated-slag'is 29% ,while the one for inactivated slag is only 6.9%.
