摘要
区域资源环境承载力是指在一定时期和一定区域范围内,区域资源环境系统所能承受的人口规模及各种社会经济活动的能力。EIS/RRECC是一个建立在MapGIS开发组件基础上的工具型评价系统。本文主要介绍了EIS/RRECC系统目标、技术路线、系统功能和运行设计,最后指出了系统不足之处及未来发展方向。
Regional resources and environment carrying capacity refers to an ability of system supporting social and economic actions or the maximal population scale within the given time and scope. EIS/RRECC is an instrumental assessment system is based on MapGIS development components. The information system object, technology roadmap, conceptual model, system function and the inadequacies and future direction are introduced in the paper.
