摘要
旅游资源经济价值的量化能促进资源的合理开发和保护利用,也是指导政府和景区管理部门的决策及政策制定等管理实践的科学参考依据。通过对森林游憩价值的理论认识和评价方法的比较,选择目前较为可行且应用广泛的旅行费用法(TCM)对五营国家森林公园游憩价值进行评价。主要从两个方面进行,即以经营成本为基础和以游客的费用为基础。通过对五营国家森林公园游客的问卷调查,求算出游客的支付意愿和时间价值,二者之和就是五营国家森林公园的游憩价值,并对评估效果和影响因素进行了分析和讨论。
Quantification of the value of tourism resources can promote the reasonable development and protective use for the resources, and it is the scientific reference to guide the government and the scenic management department or to make decision and policy and other management practices. Here applied the TCM method which is more feasible and widely application now to evaluation the recreation value of the Wuying National Forest Park on the basis of understanding the theory of forest recreation value and choosing evaluation method. There are two choices to appraise recreation value, one is the cost of management, the other is the expense of tourists. The recreation value in Wuying National Forest Park is evaluated by questionnaire. The outcome includes the payment willingness of tourists＇ and their time value that they will get if they work instead of tour; its final value is 75.25 million. The influence factors are analyzed and discussed on the values of forest tour resources as well.
