右江农民运动与移风易俗

Youjiang Farmer Movement and Changed Customs

右江农民运动的兴起对变革风俗提出了要求,并为右江地区传统风俗的变革创造了条件,农民运动主要从破除宗教迷信、推翻旧礼教、倡导新型风尚、禁除烟赌娼妓陋习、改良旧俗、反对民族歧视、提倡民族平等、构建和谐民族关系等方面开展移风易俗工作,而移风易俗工作的开展则对农民运动的兴起和发展起了积极的促进作用。

The rise of Youjiang Farmer Movement called for the changes in customs and provided an environment for the reform of the conventional customs. The movement carried out the reform by ridding the religious superstitions, doing away with the old ritual manners, practicing the new fashion, forbidding gambling and prostituting and so on to construct a harmonious nation, which played an active role in the development of the farm movement.
