子宫切除术中选用左布比卡因腰-硬联合麻醉的效果分析

The effect of epidural anesthesia of hysterectomy in the selection of left-bupivacaine

目的分析左布比卡因腰-硬联合麻醉用于子宫切除患者的麻醉效果。方法50例ASAⅠ-Ⅱ级择期子宫切除患者，随机分为两组：左布比卡因组（A组）和布比卡因组（B组），每组25例，分别将左比比卡因10mg或布比卡因10mg加入麻黄素30mg注入蛛网膜下腔，观察两组病人麻醉起效时间，运动阻滞程度、麻醉前后BP、HR、SpO：变化及不良反应等。结果两组病人麻醉起效时间、阻滞平面及阻滞程度均无明显差异。结论左布比卡因腰硬联合麻醉可用于子宫切除患者，麻醉效果满意。

Objective To analysis the anglgesic efficacy and safety during combined spinal - epidual anesthesia epidural infusion of levobuacainein caesareansection inhysterectomy surgery. Methods Fifty ASA1 - 2 patients undergoing surgery randomized into group（A） group bupivacaine （B） and 1 ml 3% ephedrine levobupivacaine and 1 ml 3% ephedrine into suharachnoid space objectcived the onset time of sensory block, the degree of motor block and hemody- namic variables Bp, HR, SpO2 between two groups. Results There had not significantly different between two groups of the onset time of sensory block, the degree of motor block and hemodynamic variables. Conclusions The efficacy and safety of spinal - epidural anesthesia with levobupovacine.
