摘要 目的了解高校艺术生的自我和谐与焦虑、抑郁的关系,为高校心理健康教育及心理咨询提供参考。方法采用整群抽样方法,抽取青岛大学艺术学院大一新生343人,利用国内修订版自我和谐量表(SCCS)、焦虑自评量表(SAS)和抑郁自评量表(SDS)进行问卷调查。结果SAS的平均分为40.77±7.71分,SDS的平均分为43.45±9.26分。焦虑和抑郁检出率分别为15.08%和14.79%。SCCS的总分为83.03±14.46分。调查对象的焦虑、抑郁得分和自我与经验的不和谐、自我的刻板性呈正相关,与自我的灵活性呈负相关(P<0.01)。结论高校艺术生自我和谐状况与焦虑抑郁密切相关,并且对心理健康有明显的影响,应注意根据其特点做好心理辅导及咨询工作。 Objective To understand the relationship between self-consistency/congruence and anxiety/depression of art college students, and to provide relevant references for psychological health education and psychological consultation in universities. Methods Using cluster sampling, 343 first-year art college students of Qingdao University were selected to undergo a survey with Self Consistency and Congruence Scale ( SCCS), Self-Rating Anxiety Scale (SAS) and Self-rating Depression Scale (SDS). Results The average scores of SAS and SDS were 40. 77 ± 7.71 and 43.45 ± 9. 26, respectively. The rates of anxiety and depression of the participants were 15.08% and 14.79%, respectively. The general score of SCCS was 83.03 ± 14.46. The scores of SAS and SDS had positive correlation with the scores of the inconsistency between self and experience and the stiffness of self-consistency, and had negative correlation with the the score of flexibility of self-consistency ( P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusion Art college students' self-consistency/congruence has strong correlation with anxiety and depression, and influences their psychological health significantly. Psychological consultation should be carried out according to the students' characteristics.
