摘要
文章通过对农民工返乡创业的发展研究,提出如何抓住金融危机引发的农民工返乡潮,积极采取明确的措施,推进农民工返乡创业,使之成为促进新农村建设的积极因素。
The paper make an analysis on the peasant workers＇ enterprise after returning to their hometown, it points out useful measures should be taken to promote rural peasant workers enterprise, making them become the active factors of new rural constructions in the background of peasant workers returning hometown tide in the financial crisis period.
