摘要
以相对带宽为1%的22 MHz石英晶体滤波器的研制为例,对传统的滤波器电路及展宽的局限性进行了简要分析,重点介绍了一种在传统滤波器电路中插入LC回路的通带展宽技术。仿真和电路试验证明了该技术的可行性和优点,并成功实现了220 kHz的通带宽度,大大拓展了晶体滤波器的应用领域。
By taking the development of the 22MHz quartz crystal filter with 1% relative bandwidth an example, the shortcoming of the traditional filter circuits and wider bandwidth are analyzed, and as the technique of bandwidth widening by inserting LC loop into traditional filter circuits is introduced. The feasibility and advantages of the circuit are proved through simulation and experiment. The 220 kHz bandwidth is achieved so that the application field of crystal filter is extended.
