摘要
安阳市肿瘤医院经20多年的探索,逐步形成了以病人为中心、为癌症病人提供终身服务的网络体系。以初级卫生保健网作为网络服务的网底;对出院病人定期信访和随访;设立肿瘤咨询门诊,开通肿瘤咨询电话,成立抗癌俱乐部,促进了肿瘤的诊治和研究,提高了院后病人的康复和生存质量,减轻了病人的痛苦和由此带来的社会。
Anyang citys cancer hospital has gradually set up a patient centered network system to provide lifetime services for cancer patients by their 20 year exploration. Based on existing primary health care network, this system conducts regular follow up by mail and outpatient visits for discharged patients. The cancer consultation clinic and telephone hotline have been opened and anti cancer club established to promote cancer treatment and research, to improve post hospital rehibilitation and life quality, to alleviate cancer pain and to relieve the burden of families and society.
