摘要
广州暨南大学医学院与深圳市人民医院共建第二附属医院,与珠海市人民医院共建第三附属医院。二所特区医院在原有行政隶属关系、领导体制不变的情况下,全部科研、教学、师资培养和继续教育工作纳入高等院校管理体系,附属医院的研究生教育从无到有,形成规模,科研学术水平有较大幅度的提高,重点专科和师资队伍建设进入较高层次,而暨南大学医学院办学经费不足和附属医院教学实力不强的状况也有了一定程度的缓解。实践证明,这种高等院校以地方综合医院为发展基地,地方综合医院以高等院校为技术依托,双方优势互补、资源共享的共建办法,是一种能使双方共同得到发展的好的办学模式。
Guangzhou Jinan University Medical School has co built the second affiliated hospital with Shenzhen City Peoples Hospital, and the third affiliated hospital with the Zhuhai City Peoples Hospital. With no change of original relationships to upper authority leadership, these two hospitals in special economic zones combined their research, teaching, teachers training and continuous education into the higher education management system. As results, the affiliated hospitals have established their graduate education from scratch and made it grow in scale. The level of scientific research, teachers training and key disciplines development have all been upgraded. The short education budget of Jinan University Medical School and the weak teaching capacity of the affiliated hospitals are alleviated somehow in this way. Practice proved, the way that higher education institutions use local general hospitals as clinical bases and local general hospitals rely on universities technical ability can facilitate all parties share common resources and mutual advantages to make both sides win good development. This is really a nice mode of running education.
