摘要 针对水利加固改造工程的特点,构建了评价指标递阶层次结构及模糊层次分析法与前后对比分析法相结合的效果后评价模型,并将模型应用于南四湖二级坝二闸加固改造工程实例中。评价结果表明,该模型对水利工程加固改造效果综合评价有效、可行,可供借鉴。 In accordance with the characteristics of water conservancy project of reinforcement and reconstruction, an evaluation indexes hierarchical structure was built. An effect post-evaluation model, combination of fuzzy analytic hierarchy process and before and after comparison process was putted forward. This evaluation model was applied to the rein- forcement and reconstruction project of the second sluice of two steps dam in Nansihu Lake, to verify its validity. The conclusion of this evaluation has indicated that the application of the model in post-evaluation of the water conservancy project for reinforcement and reconstruction is efficient and feasible.
