摘要
论述了一种用于10 kV配电网的高压电能整体计量技术,将传统置于电气二次侧的计算电路直接等电位植入电气一次侧,应用非磁感应式传感器技术实现了具有可定义的整体计量准确度,同时介绍了专门用于整体计量装置检验的高压计量装置校验系统,提供了校验系统的误差分析结论。结果表明,该技术可显著降低高压电能计量装置的体积和重量,并可提升装置的准确度水平和安全性。
This paper presented a kind of integrated energy metering technology for 10 kV distribution network. It has directly embedded computer circuit traditionally at electrical secondary side into high voltage electrical primary side and applied non-magnetic induction type sensors in signal sensing aspect, which realized the definition of integrated measurement accuracy. In addition, a calibration system specially designed for testing integrated energy metering device and its error analysis was also introduced. This high-voltage energy metering technology can obviously decrease the volume and weight of device, and improve its accuracy level and security performance.
