摘要
针对宁夏电网分层分区特点,提出了一套资源综合利用机组及电源点布局合理性的综合评价指标体系,应用电源规划软件PowerPlan获得了四个可比且较优的电源规划方案,采用层次分析法对该方案进行综合评价获得了较优方案,为结构优化提供了较全面完整的指标和新途径。
This paper presents an index system including specific condition of de-lamination and partition-area supply a series of comprehensive evaluation indices, according to the in Ningxia power grid, to evaluate the rationality of power planning. Then,four comparable schemes of generation expansion planning were provided by using the software Power plan. Finally, based on the index system,Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) method is used to carry out a comprehensive evaluation of the schemes from the technical, economic, and environmental resources aspects. The case study shows that the results are reasonable. The index system proposed by this paper considering different factors of power plan is significant for generation expansion planning with comprehensive resources utilization, at the same time, as well as application of AHP in generation planning of combined heat and power cogeneration and comprehensive resources utilization of Ningxia grid with new indicators and ideas.
