摘要
在低温绝缘高温超导电缆的制造中,聚丙烯复合纤维纸(PPLP)绝缘的绕包质量直接影响到电缆的电气性能,而绕包张力是其中关键因素。通过试验对比木纤维的高压电缆纸和PPLP的绕包,指出选定合适的绕包张力的重要性,并给出了绕包张力的计算方法。
During the production of CD insulated HTS cables, the taping quality of polypropylene laminated paper (PPLP) insulation affects directly the electrical performance of the cable and the taping tension plays an important role in taping quality. The comparison between the wood fiber cable paper and PPLP indicated the importance of selection of a right taping tension during the production. A formula for calculation of taping tension was presented.
