摘要
研究了补强填充体系和硫化体系对氯化聚乙烯(CM)抗撕裂强度的影响,优选出最佳填充体系和硫化体系。实验结果表明,白炭黑和高岭土是CM较好的抗斯裂填充剂;在过氧化物硫化体系中DCP用量(重量份)3份,TAIC用量2份,硫化胶的抗撕裂强度最好。
The effect of the reinforcing filling system and curing system on the tear-resistance of chlorinated polyethylene (CPE) was investigated and the optimized reinforcing filling system and curing system were determined. Test results indicated that white carbon and kaolin are good fillers for tear-resistance and that the cured rubber with best tearresistance is that containing 3 (% weight) DCP and 2 TAIC.
