川芎和白芍挥发油的气相色谱-质谱分析 被引量:3

Component Analysis of Essential Oil From Herbal pair of Rhizoma Chuanxiong and Radix Paeoniae Alba by GC-MS

摘要 目的分析川芎和白芍的挥发油成分。方法采用挥发油提取器提取、GC-MS分析,测定挥发油中各成分的相对百分量。结果鉴定成分60个,其中,藁本内酯在川芎及川芎和白芍挥发油中相对含量为42.71%和56.68%。结论藁本内酯为川芎和白芍挥发油中的主要成分。 Objective To analyse the chemical compositions of essential oil from herbal pair of Rhizoma Chuanxiong and Radix Paeoniae A lba. Methods The essential oil was extracted by essential oil extractor, its chemical compositions were identified and the relative content of each component was determined by GC-MS. Results 60 compounds were identified, and the relative content of ligustilide in essential oil from Rhizoma Chuanxiong was 42.71%, in essential oil from herbal pair of Rhizoma Chuanxiong and Radix Paeoniae Alba was 56.68%. Conclusion Ligustilide was the primary component of herbal pair of Rhizoma Chuanxiong and Radix Paeoniae A lba.
