针刺阳明经穴对变应性鼻炎的影响

Effect of Acupuncturing at Points of Yangming Meridians on Allergic Rhinitis

目的探讨阳明经不同组穴配方后针刺治疗对变应性鼻炎的影响。方法①将120例变应性鼻炎患者分为6组,局部取穴组:A1组、A2组;局部加循经取穴组:B1组、B2组、B3组、B4组,6组各20例;②比较治疗前后6组的症状体征积分,并检测清晨空腹静脉血IL-5。结果B1组、B3组症状体征积分和IL-5含量下降明显,较其它4组有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论针刺阳明经不同组穴对变应性鼻炎能产生不同的疗效,针刺迎香、合谷、足三里组,能较快地缓解变应性鼻炎证候,可调节失衡的免疫功能。

Objective To explore the effect of acupuncturing at different groups of acupoints of Yangming meridians on allergic rhinitis （AR）. Methods 120 AR patients were divided into six groups and 20 cases for each group. The acupoints in group A1 and group A2 were selected from the local area, and in group B1, group B2, group B3 and group B4 from the local area or along Yangming meridians. The scores of clinic symptoms and signs before and after the treatment in each group were evaluated and the content of IL-5 in vein blood were determined. Results Compared with other four groups, the scores of clinic symptoms and signs and the content of IL-5 were decreased significantly after the treatment in group B1 and group B3 （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Acupuncturing at different groups of acupoints of Yangming meridians have different curative effects on AR, and acupuneturing at Yingxiang （LI20）, Hegu （LI4） and Zusanli （ST36） can rapidly relieve AR symptoms and correct the immunity dysfunction.
