内科门诊病人对中医养生的认知需求调查

A Survey of Medical Outpatients' Cognitive Needs for Health Preserving of TCM

目的了解内科门诊患者对中医养生知识的认知需求,为开展个性化健康教育提供依据。方法对192例患者用自行设计的调查问卷表进行现场调查。结果患者对中医养生认知率低,需求程度高;不同文化程度患者对中医养生认知需求有显著性差异(P<0.05),饮食、运动、中医护理操作技术、生活起居、情志、家庭康复护理是患者的主要需求项目。结论应根据患者的需求,针对不同的文化程度患者进行相应的健康教育,发挥中医养生的特色与优势。

Objective To investigate the medical outpatients＂ cognitive needs for health preserving of TCM, and provide a basis for developing individualized health education. Methods 192 patients were selected from the People＇s Hospital of Fujian Province, and the data were collected according to the self-made investigation questionnaire. Results The cognition rate of patients to health preserving of TCM was low and the extent of requirement was high, and there was significant difference among different education background （P〈0.05）. The main demands of patients were diet, exercise, Chinese medicine nursing technique, daily life, emotion and family rehabilitation nursing. Conclusion It is necessary to strengthen the propaganda of health preserving of TCM, provide individual heath education to patients in different education background according to the demands of patients, and play characteristics and advantages of TCM.
