二维不规则零件自动排料的优化算法

Research of Optimization Algorithms for Automatic Packing

针对工业生产中经常出现的二维不规则零件的自动排料问题,提出了了一种新算法,即将矩形法、启发式规则及动态规划法相结合来解决零件的优化排料。验证了该算法的可行性,与传统算法相比,该算法提高了材料的利用率和生产效率,具有很高的实用性和有效性。

A new algorithm which integrates rectangle-packing method,heuristic-search method and dynamic-layout method for two-dimensional packing of irregular parts in some industries is proposed and tested.Compared with the traditional algorithm,it has boosted the productivity and saved the material,so it possesses a high practicality and effectuality.
