以玉米粉为原料L-乳酸高产菌株的选育和产酸条件的研究 被引量:2

Research on the Breeding of L-lactic Acid Producing Strain Fermenting Corn Flour and Fermentation Conditions

摘要 以玉米粉为原料,米根霉为初始菌株,采用超声波-紫外线进行复合诱变,选育出一株发酵玉米粉产L-乳酸的米根霉菌株NF12,其产酸量较初始菌株提高了21.61g/L。确定了10L罐发酵玉米粉产L-乳酸的最适发酵条件,结果表明:70%装填量,5%接种量,30℃,300r/min,通气流量0.6L/(L·min),溶氧90%,在此条件下进行发酵,L-乳酸产量为83.15g/L。 Ultrasound-Ultraviolet ray treatment were employed for mutagenizing the parent strain Rhizopus oryzae which ferment corn flour.The mutant strain NF12 was obtained with L-lactic acid yield increasing 21.61g/L fermented by corn flour.The optimal fermentation conditions of corn flour to L-lactic acid in 10 L fermenter were determined,that was loading capacity 70%,inoculum size 5%,30℃,300 r/min,air rate of flow 0.6 L/(L·min),dissolved oxygen 90%.At this condition,the yield of L-lactic acid was 83.15 g/L.
