摘要
选取胡萝卜为研究对象,在自行设计的真空预冷装置上进行实验,考察当凝水管降到不同温度时开启真空泵,对相对能耗及降温速率的影响。试验结果表明,真空预冷过程中存在一个相对能耗较小且降温速率较快的最佳凝水管温度(胡萝卜为6.6℃),故通过检测凝水管的温度来控制真空泵开启的时间,可以达到节能又省时的目的。
In order to study the effect of the condenser pipe temperature on the vacuum pre-cooling progress,carrot was chosen to discuss the influence on relative energy cost and the temperature decrease rate experimentally.The vacuum pump was controlled to start at different condenser pipe temperature.The result shows that there is a best pipe temperature to save energy and time,it is 6.6℃ for carrot.As a result,the vacuum pump can be started to save energy and time by detecting the condenser pipe temperature.
