单内皮层中空纤维聚离子复合膜的组装及其渗透汽化性能

摘要 采用单内皮层中空纤维PAN超滤膜作为基膜,通过动态负压层-层静电吸附法在内皮层上组装聚电解质派对PEI/PAA,制得单内皮层中空纤维聚离子复合膜.研究了支撑层、派对数、负压侧真空度、循环流速等动态组装条件对复合膜渗透汽化性能的影响,考察了复合膜对不同醇/水体系的渗透汽化分离性能.结果表明,当进料液为50℃的质量分数95%异丁醇/水体系时,分离因子达23 731,渗透通量为360.5 g/(m2.h),显示了较好的渗透汽化性能. Inner skin hollow fiber polyion composite membranes were successfully assembled by dynamic negative pressure layer- by- layer absorption of PEI/PAA polyelectrolyte on the hollow fiber PAN ultrafiltration support membranes. Meanwhile, the effects of support membranes and vacuum and flow velocity on the pervaporation mixture were subsequently researched. The pervaporation performances of the polyion composite membranes were also investigated by using different alcohol/water mixtures. In the case of pervaporation of 95 % t - bu- tanol/water mixture, under the temperature of 50 ℃, the separation factor and the permeate flux of the polyion complex membrane were about 23 731 and 360.5 g/(m2· h), respectively.
