摘要
指出了渗透蒸发过程的两个关键步骤,即膜表面的吸附步骤和膜内的扩散步骤;详细描述了渗透蒸发膜中的吸附、扩散和传质模型.这些模型分析和预测了通过渗透蒸发膜中的致密选择分离层所进行的质量传递.分别阐述了不同模型的内容、特点和使用范围.涉及模型的使用范围时还考虑到了不同的聚合物分类,即玻璃态、半晶态和橡胶态.指出了渗透蒸发传质模型研究中膜机理的研究与膜过程和组件的设计两个重要方面.
Two key processes for pervaporation transport mechanism, sorption process and idffusion process are described. The sorption models, diffusion models and mass transfer models are discussed in detail, which are used for predicting and analyzing the mass transport characteristics of transport components in the dense selective lay- er in pervaporation membrane. The content, main characteristics and application range of these models are also concerned in this paper. The applicability range of these models regarding the different polymer classes such as glassy, semi - crystalline, or rubbery are considered. This paper emphasized two main research fields in pervapo- ration:membrane transfer mechanism research and the design of processes and modules.
