摘要
目的探讨血清β2-微球蛋白(β2-MG)对肾功能的预测价值。方法测定356例患者血清中的β2-MG、尿素(Urea)、肌酐(Cre)和尿酸(UA)等4项指标的水平,分析4项指标间的相关性及联合测定上述指标的意义。结果356例患者中,β2-MG增高组(176例患者)的血清Urea、Cre、UA的水平都显著高于β2-MG正常组(180例患者)(P<0.001)。在β2-MG增高组中,有52例患者的Urea水平显著增高,其相应的β2-MG、Cre和UA的水平都显著高于Urea正常组的对应指标(P<0.001)。Urea、Cre、UA与β2-MG之间相关系数r分别为0.661、0.785、0.508(P<0.001),Cre与β2-MG之间有很强的相关性。结论血清β2-MG水平可作为肾损害的一个重要指标,比Urea、Cre及UA的测定能较早地反映肾功能状态,联合测定β2-MG、Urea、Cre及UA4项指标对肾功能损害的准确诊断有重要临床价值。
Objective To study the predictive value of renal function by serum β2-microglobulin(β2--MG). Methods Detected the levels of four indicators(β2-MG,Urea,Cre,UA) from Sera of 356 patients analyzed correlation of four indicators and significance of combined determination from the indicatros: Results Among 356 patients,the levels of Urea,Cre,UA from β2--MG Higher group (176 patients) were significantly higher than those from β2--MG normal group (180 patients) (P〈0. 001). Among the β2--MG Higher group, the Urea levels of 52 patients were significantly increased and their levels of β2-MG,Cre, UA were significantly high- er than those from Urea normal group (P〈0. 001). Correlation coefficient r between β2--MG and Urea,Cre,UA were 0. 661,0. 785 and 0. 508(P〈0. 001) ,and there was a strong correlation between β2--MG and Cre. Conclusion The Levels of Serum β2-MG can re- flect the status of renal function earlier than the levels of Urea,Cre,UA and it can be an important indicator to judge kidney dam- age. There will be an important clinical value to diagnose kidney damage accurately through joint detectation of β2-MG, Urea,Cre and UA.
