摘要
通过两例原位心脏移植病人的护理，认为此类病人术后肾功能的维护至关重要。护理中不仅要密切观察尿量，保持肾脏的有效灌注，保证尿量＞１ｍｌ／ｋｇ·ｈ，同时根据尿量及时调整环孢菌素Ａ的血药浓度，做好氧气供应及血管活性药物的输注管理。
The experience of nursing care of 2 patients subjected to heart transplantation showed that safekeeping of the kidney function of these postoperative patients is of the utmost importance.During nursing care,the urinary output should be noted and the effective perfusion of the kidney should be maintained (urinary output > 1 ml/kg·h).Besides, the cyclosporin A concentration in blood should be timely regulated according the urinary output,and supplement of oxygen and infusion of vaso-active drugs should be well done.
