在我国高等教育大众化进程中,高校内部出现了诸多教育质量欠缺问题。高等教育质量是教育的生命线,为确保人才培养质量,各高校已把教育质量作为工作重点。构建科学的高校内部质量保障体系应以相关理论指导、管理方式等为依托,同时在物质层面、人力层面、制度层面应给予高度支持,只有这样才能保证高校内部质量保障体系的良好运行。

In the development of higher edueation popularization, many education quality problems have been emerged. The quality of higher education is the lifeline of education, in order to ensure the quality of talent training, many universities have been put the education quality into great importance. To establishing the scientific quality guarantee system inside the university should rely on the relevant theories and management mode, and give the sufficient support in the level of the material, the man power and the regulation. Only in this way it can ensure good operation of education quality guarantee system which inside the university.
