彩色多普勒超声在胸肺部疾病诊断中的意义

Clinical significance of color Doppler ultrasonography in diagnosing pulmonary and thoracic diseases

目的探讨彩色多普勒在胸肺部疾病诊断中的意义。方法应用彩色多普勒超声显像对胸肺部991例进行了超声检查,将超声检查结果与临床诊断结果进行比较。结果胸、肺部未显示异常465例,显示积液和(或)肿块526例。经手术病理或穿刺检查证实:阳性病例514例,阴性病例477例。超声漏诊10例,误诊22例。阳性预测值95.82%,阴性预测值97.85%,敏感性98.05%,特异性95.39%,准确率96.77%。结论彩色多普勒对胸肺部疾病的诊断具有较好的临床意义和实用价值。

Objective To study the clinical significance of color Doppler uhrasonography in diagnosing pulmonary and thoracic diseases. Methods Pulmonary and thoracic examinations were performed in 991 patients by using color Doppler ultrasonography. Results The results were normal in 465 patients, abnormal in 526 patients with pulmonary and thoracic diseases. Operative pathology and puncture examinations verified 514 positive cases and 477 negative cases, of whom 10 cases of missed diagnoses and 22 cases of misdiagnoses. Therefore, the procedure yielded a positive prediction rate of 95.82% , a negative prediction rate of 97.85% , a sensitivity rate of 98.05%, an idiosyncrasy rate of 95.39% , and an accuracy rate of 96.77%. Conclusions Color Doppler uhrasonography is of good clinical significance and practical value in diagnosing pulmonary and thoracic diseases.
