宾馆空调和热水系统军团菌污染现状及人群感染水平的研究 被引量:14

摘要 目的研究银川市宾馆集中空调、热水系统军团菌污染现状及相关人群感染水平。方法调查采集20家宾馆集中空调冷却水、冷凝水、洗澡热水的水样以及客房进出通风口过滤网上样品,进行军团菌培养和鉴定;选取暴露人群178人和对照人群192人采集血样,用酶联免疫法定性和(或)定量测定人体抗体。结果采集冷却水20份,检出军团菌阳性5份;采集洗澡热水20份,检出军团菌阳性3份。检测暴露人群178人,6人血清抗体阳性;对照人群抽检192人,3人军团菌血清抗体阳性。结论银川市宾馆集中空调冷却水、洗澡热水存在军团菌的污染,人群已受到感染,必须引起重视,防止军团菌病发生。 Objective To investigate the status of Legionella contamination in central air conditioning and warm water system and the crowed Infection level. Methods The samples of air condition cooling water , condensed water, bath water and air hatch filtering screen were collected and the Legionella were examed, in the above samples. The blood sample from 178 exposed persons and 192 controls were collected and antibody of Legionella was detected. Results The positive rate of Legionella in the cooling water was 25 % (5/20) and 15 % (3/20) in bath water. The positive rate of Legionella antibody was 3.38(6/178) in the exposed and 1.56% (3/192) in control. Conclusion There were the Legionella pollution in the central air conditioning and warm water system. People must pay attention to its prevention.
