48例颈动脉系统短暂性脑缺血发作的脑血管造影分析 被引量：2

摘要 为分析颈动脉系统短暂性脑缺血发作(TIA)的临床特点和数字减影血管造影(DSA)影像学特征,评价DSA检查在颈动脉系统TIA中的诊断价值,对48例颈动脉系统TIA患者的DSA资料进行分析,观察血管病变的性质及代偿情况。结果48例患者中的41例有明确的血管性病变。血管狭窄是颈动脉系统TIA的常见血管因素,DSA检查有助于明确TIA的血管性病因,并对治疗方法的选择提供指导。
