6例体内携带海洛因中毒的救治体会

摘要为探讨因体内携带海洛因而中毒的诊治方法,回顾分析6例体内携带海洛因而发生急性中毒者的临床资料,患者表现为阿片类中毒三联症及尿吗啡实验阳性。治疗给予纳洛酮拮抗并急诊手术取出毒品,6例中毒全部抢救成功。对于人体携毒海洛因中毒,治疗的关键是及时给予纳络酮拮抗,并立即手术,取出残余毒品。
