摘要 随着对厚煤层、倾斜煤层的开采,液压支架的稳定性成为特厚倾斜煤层综采工作面开采的难点问题。ZY10000/28/62型大采高液压支架是针对宁煤集团羊场湾煤矿2#煤层设计的,以ZY10000/28/62为例,探寻了6 m以上大采高支架稳定性的影响因素,并分析了支架倾倒的原因,从而得出提高大采高支架稳定性的措施。对综采工作面液压支架的设计工作具有指导意义。 The stability of hydraulic supports in thick coal seam,inclination seam is a fundamental problem. ZY10000/28/62 hydraulic support was designed according to the conditions of 2^# coal seam in Yangchangwan Coal Mine of Ningxia Coal Industry Group. The paper took ZY10000/28/62 as an example,to explore stability of above 6 m hydraulic supports with large mining height,and to analyze the reasons for toppling,so as to bring forward the measures to the stability of hydraulic supports in high mining inclination coal seam,which is also as guidance to the design of hydraulic support in fully-mechanized working face.
