摘要
《珠江流域综合规划》修编对今后珠江流域水利建设发展有重大作用。根据参加部分咨询工作的体会,分析形势,就规划指导思想、流域防洪、水资源保护、航运发展等方面的问题,提出一些看法,供有关部门参考。
The Re-initiation of Pearl River Basin Comprehensive Plan will play an important role in the future water resources development in Pearl River Basin. Based on the consuhancy work experience and current situations, the author gave viewpoints on different subjects including the guideline, flood defense, water resources protection and navigation.
