摘要
臭氧是人类已知的仅次于氟的强氧化剂。在发达国家,臭氧作为一种强氧化剂、消毒剂而广泛应用于食品、水处理、化工、医疗、餐饮、储藏、养殖等领域。我国对臭氧的利用起步较晚。近十多年来,我国加强了有关臭氧基础理论及应用技术开发等多方面的研究,并取得了较大的进展。本文就臭氧的理化特性及其在生产生活等各方面的应用给予综述。
Ozone is a kind of strong oxidizer only inferior to fluorine the world knows. In developed countries, the o-zone, as a kind of strong oxidizer and disinfectant, is widely applied in food, water treatment, chemical industry, medical service, catering, storage, cultivation and other fields. Our country is late to start to use the ozone. Over the past decade,China has strengthened a wide range of research on ozone's basic theory and applied technology development, and has made a big progress. The physical and chemical properties of ozone and its application in various aspects of production and living were summaried.
