摘要
研究了以含量92%以上麦芽糖浆为原料氢化后,直接结晶提纯制得含量99%以上麦芽糖醇的工艺,通过实验确定了麦芽糖醇结晶提纯的工艺条件为:麦芽糖醇浆锤度72.0%、晶种加入量2%、降温速率1℃/(150-180)min、结晶过程在60h完成。
The direct crystallization of a purification system for more than 99% content of maltitol process by using the raw materials that contented in more than 92% hydrogenated maltose syrup was studied, through the experiments purified crystalline maltitol conditions were as follows : Brix maltitol pulp was 72.0%, seeds was 2%, cooling rate was 1℃/(150-180) min, the crystallization process completed in 60h.
