摘要
分别采用热水浸提法、微波辅助法、超声波辅助法、酶法提取茶树菇多糖的提取工艺进行了研究。确定了热水浸提法的最适条件:提取温度90℃,液固比为20:1,提取3次,每次4h,醇析中加入3倍体积的无水乙醇,茶树菇多糖提取率为42.51%;微波、超声波和酶解作用均有利于多糖的提取。
The extraction methods of Agrocybe Aegerita Polysaccharid including hot water extraction, Microwave -assised, Ultrasonic -assised , and cellulase method were investigated.
