摘要
本文以JJF1059-1999《测量不确定度评定与表示》以及9500B型示波器校准仪相关技术指标为基础,分别对其直流电压、脉冲幅度、时间信号和上升时间等参数进行相应的不确定度分析及评定。
The paper evaluates the results of measuring 9500B Oscilloscope Calibrator including DC Voltage, pulse amplitude, time signal and raised time in accordance with JJF 1059-1999 ＂Evaluation and Expression of Uncertainty in Measurement＂.
