摘要
将牛粪与稻草按1:3.5的比例混合堆肥,接种纤维素分解菌、纤维素分解菌+固氮菌。结果表明,与接种纤维素分解菌和不接种的对照处理比较,接种纤维素分解菌+固氮菌的处理堆温上升显著加快、C/N(碳氮比)显著降低、pH在堆肥前期上升快;接种纤维素分解菌的处理比对照堆温上升加快、C/N低。在同时加入纤维素分解菌和固氮菌之后,堆肥过程中C/N明显降低,提高了堆肥的肥效,最大限度的保留了堆肥物料中的氮素营养。
Cow manure and rice stalks were mixed to make compost at the ratio of 1:3.5 and cellu- lose-decomposing bacteria, cellulose-decomposing bacteria+Azotobacter were inoculated. The results showed that significant higher temperature, lower C/N ratio and higher pH value in the earlier stage of the composting were found in the compost inoculated with cellulose-decomposing bacteda+Azotobacter, compared with the compost inoculated with cellulose-decomposing bacteria alone and the control in which nothing was inoculated. The compost inoculated with cellulose-decomposing bacteda also showed higher temperature, lower C/N ratio than that of control. In this experiment, the C/N decreased obviously, when both cellulose-decomposing bacteria and Azotobacter were added at the same time the improve the efficiency of the composting and retained the nutrition of nitrogen in compost materials maximum.
