老年腹壁缺损的治疗 被引量：2

摘要 人口老龄化是全球正面临的一个重要问题，老年人腹壁肌张力与组织弹性下降，常合并糖尿病等多种内科疾病，组织愈合能力差，机体抵抗力低，因此老年人腹壁缺损，尤其是腹壁疝的发生率显著增高，其治疗也较普通腹壁缺损治疗更为困难^[1]。随着外科技术的不断进步，进行成功腹壁缺损的修复与重建不仅仅需要普外科的技术，还必须掌握相关的整复重建外科技术以及相关的材料学知识。
