我国腹腔镜与开放式腹壁切口疝补片修补术的现状 被引量：2

摘要 腹壁切口疝是腹部手术后常见的并发症，其发生率可达到3％～20％^[1]。在美国，每年大约有40～50万的腹壁切口疝患者出现，就诊的患者大约在10万左右^[2]；在德国，每年大约也有5万例左右的切口疝病例；而在我国，尽管尚没有一个比较完整的统计数据，但是依照国外腹部手术的发生率．可以想象的是，中国每年的腹壁切口疝患者可能数以百万计的。
