热管在笔记本电脑散热设计中的模拟研究

Simulation Investigation of Heat Pipe in the Design of the Laptop Computer Cooling

随着现代笔记本的迅速发展,对笔记本电脑散热提出了更高的要求,传统的散热形式已经不能满足使用要求。热管技术以其得天独厚的优势正成为笔记本电脑散热的必然选择。本文通过CFD软件,模拟了热管散热器对笔记本电脑散热的优化作用,也体现了CFD散热软件在电子散热设计中的重要作用。

With the rapid development of modern laptop computers, traditional heat dissipation form has already could not meet the usage requirement.The heat pipe technology is becoming an inevitably choice because of its advantageous in heat dissipation of laptop computers. The optimize effect of heat pipe radiator on heat dissipation of laptop computers was simulated by a CFD software. The results also showed that CFD software was a high efficiency way of designing and optimizing the electronics cooling.
