The improvement effect of heating performance of digital variable multi air conditioning systems was introduced,which was based on the economized vapour injection,forced heat exchange and intelligent defrosting technologies. Then it was used in an office building and its operation effect was analysed and compared with frequency conversional multi-connected air-conditioning system. And its advantages in saving initial investment and running costs were also pointed out.
