The Construction and Practice of Local Universities’ Curriculum System Based on Demand for Employment

在高等教育大众化背景下,地方本科院校应立足地方经济社会发展需要和学生就业需要,以"地方化"和"国际化"为切入点,围绕应用型人才培养目标,以学生就业出口为导向,按照"从出口往回找"的思路,以课程与学生就业出口的关联度为基本依据,参照国外大学课程设置经验,重新构建体现应用型人才培养的课程体系。

Under the background of popularization of higher education, local universities should base on the need of local economic and social development and students＇ employment under the idea of ＂finding the path from the exit backward＂, taking ＂localization＂ and ＂internationalization＂ as starting point, centering on the aim of training applied talents, guided by the direction of students＇ employment to reestablish curriculum system which can embody applied-talent cultivating based on the correlation degree of curriculum and students＇ employment and the curriculum design of overseas universities.
