摘要
高等教育体系中处于中间层次的地方性高校盲目攀比名校,导致课程体系是"拿来主义"的,脱离地方需求,毕业生就业难,地方找不到合适的人才,这类问题出在课程设置上。以美国为代表的世界高等教育强国无不把课程创新当作高校改革的核心。我国高校20世纪90年代以来的课程改革虽然涉及到了这方面的问题,但并没有根本解决问题。临沂师范学院的课程创新为我们探讨地方院校改革提供了很好的案例。据此总结,地方院校课程创新应当有较为明确和可行的思路与方法。
Local universities, which are in the middle level of higher education system, usually fall in unrealistic competition with celebrated universities and copy their curriculum system. These lead to the problem that it is difficult for the students to find a good job while it is also difficult for the local employing unit to find proper talents. At the same time, the powerful countries in higher education represented by the America all take curriculum innovation as the core of university reform. Though the curriculum reform of Chinese universities in 1990s touched upon some of these problems, they did not solve the essential issues. The curriculum innovation of Linyi Normal University provide a good sample for our discussion on local university reform. So local universities' curriculum innovation should be based on definite and feasible idea and methods.
