摘要
本文介绍了喷气增焓技术在热泵空调中的应用。EVI通过在系统中设置经济器来获得更高的制冷(热)量,同时提高系统的效率,经济器有闪蒸器和板式换热器(过冷器)两种,文章中分别给予了介绍。EVI有两种应用方案,分别侧重于提高低环境温度下的制热量和能源效率,通过实测证明这两种方案能够达到相应的技术目的。
This paper introduces the concept of Enhanced Vapor Injection (EVI) in heat pumps and air conditioning systems. EVI combines the economizer or intercooler principle with a scroll compressor and can be used to improve capacity and efficiency in both cooling and heating. There are two types of economizer: closed type using a heat exchanger and open type using a liquid/gas separator commonly called a flash tank. Both schemes can be used very effectively to improve heating capacity and efficiency in low ambient conditions. This paper discusses laboratory tests which show clearly that the theory of the economizer cycle works very effectively in real systems and that the system is cost effectively to apply.
