摘要
通过对近10年森林生态效益补偿相关文献的研究,分析了各学者从内容和制度层面对森林生态效益补偿的界定,总结了基于价值制定补偿标准的理论研究,包括补偿营林成本、补偿营林成本和利润以及补偿林木经济损失3种观点,并汇总了各地区森林生态效益补偿标准的实证研究,总结了基于效益补偿的生态、经济以及社会方面的影响因素,并展望了该领域研究补偿标准的计量、分类补偿、分阶段补偿等发展趋势.
Through consulting the recent ten years literatures on forest ecological benefit compensation, the author analyzed the definition of forest ecological benefit compensation on context and institution, summarized the theoretical research of compensation standard based on value compensation, including compensate the cost of silviculture, cost and benefit, and the forest economic loss, collected the case studies of forest ecological benefit compensation standard from different provinces. The ecological, eco- nomic and social influencing factors on benefit compensation were summarized, and the development tendency on standard measurement, classified compensation and stage by stage compensation was discussed.
