老年慢性精神分裂症患者的听觉P300初步研究

The Abnormal Variations of Auditory P300 in Aged Patients with Schizophrenia

应用丹表仪器，完成３４例患者和４０例正常老人的Ｐ３００检测。结果表明与正常老人比较，患者组靶潜伏期主成分（Ｎ１－Ｐ２－Ｎ２－Ｐ３）前移（Ｐ＜０．０１），靶波幅Ｐ２和Ｐ３降低（Ｐ＜０．０１）。非靶改变同靶刺激。提示老年慢性精神分裂症患者的听觉Ｐ３００仍有待进一步研究。

Object:to investigate the variations of auditory P300 of aged patients with schizophrenia Method:an'oddball'paradigm was used to elicit the auditory P300 from 34 aged patients diagnosed as schizophrenia and 40 age matched normal control The instrument used was a Dantec Concerto SEEG 16 Result:some patients presented a notch in their P300 waveform No significant difference was found between the P300 of schizophrenics at Fz,Cz and Pz Within the patient group,a longer N1 latency was found at F4 than at F3 The schizophrenics showed reduced Ni P2 N2 P3 latencies and decreased P2 and P3 amplitudes(p<0 01)as compared to the normal control Conclusion:the auditory P300 is of value in assessing cognitive dysfunction of schizophrenics
