摘要 本文介绍了某自然吸气式柴油机曲轴断裂失效的规律及有限元强度分析结果与失效规律间存在的对应关系。分析认为失效的主要原因是曲轴实际弯曲疲劳试验的安全系数偏低,同时也认为与曲轴制造过程的工艺技术水平较低相关。通过采取氮化强化措施及制造工艺技术的改进,使曲轴的安全系数提高,从而使断轴失效问题得到解决。 In this paper, a naturally aspirated diesel engine crankshaft fracture failure of the rule and finite element analysis results and failure strength of the existence of the relationship between rule. That the failure is mainly due to the crankshaft bending fatigue test of the actual safety factor is low, but also with the crankshaft manufacturing process technology on the lower level. Nitride by taking measures to strengthen and improve manufacturing process technology, so that the crankshaft to increase the safety factor so that broken shaft failure problem was solved.
